In connection with providing the service, we process in particular the following categories of personal data:
We do not process or store payment card details – card payments take place exclusively at a certified payment gateway. AI analyses are performed on publicly available procurement documents, not on users' personal data.
We process personal data for the purpose of providing and managing the service, maintaining the user account, billing, sending notifications, ensuring security, and handling requests and claims.
The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (provision of the service), compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax), and the controller's legitimate interests in securing, operating, and improving the service.
Personal data may be disclosed to processors that carry out partial activities for the controller, in particular: billing and issuance of tax documents (Fakturoid), online payment processing (a certified payment gateway), hosting and server infrastructure (a provider within the EU), and email delivery.
Users' personal data is processed within the European Union / European Economic Area and is not transferred to third countries. Data may also be provided to public authorities where required by law.
We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after its termination, for the period necessary to protect the controller's legitimate interests.
Tax documents and related accounting data are retained for the period required by law (generally 10 years). After the relevant periods expire, the data is erased or anonymised.
As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and port it, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
